Ingredients: 1 can Pizza dough (I used a Pillsbury dough because we had some in the fridge, you can also do a prebaked crust as well, I do both!); 1 cup mozzarella (diced or sliced, pressed with a paper towel to reduce moisture); 1/4 cup basil (sliced); 1/2 cup crushed tomatoes (canned, I use the San Marzano brand with basil and sea salt); salt (pinch); pepper (pinch); 3 garlic cloves (large); 1/2 tbsp olive oil
