Ingredients: 1 tortilla (burrito size); 1 chicken tender (frozen or made fresh); 1 strip of bacon; 1 tbsp cheddar (shredded); 4 tomato slices; 1/8 cup red onions (sliced); 2-3 green leaf lettuce pieces; 1 tbsp light ranch (with a little lime juice); 1/4 avocado (sliced thin); 1/4 cup avocado oil (about 2 tsp are absorbed total); 1/3 cup panko bread crumbs; 1/4 tsp garlic powder; 1/4 tsp onion powder; 1/4 tsp paprika; salt (a pinch)
