Ingredients: 16 oz skinless salmon; 1 tbsp dijon mustard; 1 tbsp honey; 1/2 tsp pepper; 1/2 lemon (squeezed); 1/2 shallot (or red onion (minced extra fine)); 1/8 cup dill (or parsley); 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (I prefer panic); 4 buns (brioche, whole-grain, white, etc); red onions (sliced); tomatoes (sliced, topped with flaky salt); 1 tbsp yum-yum (or mayo)
