Ingredients: 12 oz. salmon (with skin, 4-5 oz. per filet); 1/2 cup pecans; 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs; 1/4 cup parsley; salt (pinch); pepper (pinch); 1 tbsp butter; 2 tbsp maple (you can do a sugar free if needed, I just use regular organic maple syrup); 1 tsp dijon mustard; 2 tsp balsamic vinegar; 1 tbsp melted butter (salted); 1 tbsp chopped parsley; 1 pecan (chopped fine); salt (small pinch if needed)
