Ingredients: 1 whole-grain flatbread (gluten-free is optional, about 7-9 inches); 1/4 cup marinara (can use less if you prefer); 4-5 slices of fresh mozzarella (skim); 4-5 fresh basil leaves (can use 1-2 tsp dried sprinkled over the top if you don't have fresh); 1 tsp olive oil (drizzled over the top); pepper
