Ingredients: 10 oz. chicken breasts (diced); 1/2 tsp garlic powder; 1/4 tsp onion powder; 1/2 tsp paprika; salt (pinch); pepper (pinch); 1/3 cup mayo; 1/8 cup sweet Thai chili sauce; 1 tsp honey; 2 tsp sriracha (more or less depending on your taste); 1 tbsp olive oil; 1 tbsp. chives (chopped fine); 1 cup cooked basmati rice (or another rice you prefer); 2 cups green vegetable (your choice, I made green beans on the side)
