Ingredients: 1 lb chicken drumsticks (or 5 drumsticks, option to use thighs); 1 onion (yellow, peeled, whole); 2 celery (cut in half); 1 carrot (large, peeled, cut in half); 1/2 bell pepper (your choice, I used red); 3 garlic cloves (peeled, whole); 6 cups water; 4 cups vegetable broth (low sodium); 1 cup orzo (or another small noodle like ditalini or rice); salt (to taste, option to use a seasoned salt); pepper (to taste); parsley (fresh, garnish)
