Ingredients: 4 oz steak (sirloin, strip, etc.); 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce; 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar; 1 tbsp olive oil; 1/2 tbsp garlic cloves (minced); 1 tbsp lemon juice (1/2 juicy lemon); 2 tbsp parsley (fresh, chopped); 2 tbsp cilantro (fresh, chopped); 2 green onion (chopped); 1 tbsp lemon juice (fresh); 1 tbsp garlic cloves (minced); 1 tsp apple cider vinegar; 1/3 cup olive oil; pepper (to taste); salt (a pinch); 3 cup spring mix; 1/3 cup cherry tomatoes (halved); 1/4 red onion (thin sliced); 1/3 cup cucumber (thin sliced); 1/4 avocado (thin sliced); 1 tbsp goat cheese (or feta)
