Ingredients: 16 oz. chicken tenders; 9 dinner rolls (I used the Hawaiian slider buns); 1 cup ice berg (thinly sliced); 1/3 cup micro greens (I used micro arugula); 9 tomato slices; red onion slices (thin); 2 tbsp avocado oil; 1 tbsp butter; 2 garlic cloves (minced); 1 tbsp parsley (minced); 3-4 tbsp blackened seasoning blend (blend in caption); 1/2 cup mayo (light or full-fat, I use full fat); 3 tbsp dijon mustard; 1/4 cup honey; 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar; 1 tbsp apple juice (optional, but gives another dimension of sweetness); 1 tsp paprika; 1/4 tsp garlic powder; 1/4 tsp onion powder; 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper; salt (pinch); 2 tbsp smoked paprika; 1 tbsp dried thyme; 1 tbsp onion powder; 1 tbsp garlic powder; 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper; 1 tsp kosher salt; 1/2 tsp pepper
