Name: Smoky Chicken Cobb Salad
Ingredients: 5 oz. chicken thighs or legs (skinless); 1.5 cups romaine (fresh); 1/4 cup micro greens (optional, I had some I needed to use); 1/3 cup tomatoes (sliced); 1 slice of bacon (chopped); 1/4 cup Monterey cheese (shredded); 1 tbsp fried shallots (optional); 1-2 tbsp avocado ranch (or regular ranch; homemade recipe below); 1/4 tsp garlic powder; 1/4 tsp onion powder; 1/2 tsp cajun seasoning; 1/4 tsp paprika; kosher salt (big pinch); pepper (big pinch); 1/3 cup mayo; 1/3 cup sour cream; cilantro (handful); chives (handful); 4-5 dill sprigs; 1 garlic cloves; 1/2 jalapeño (deseeded); 1/2 lemon (squeezed); 1-2 tbsp water; kosher salt (big pinch)
