One Pot Lasagna

Name: One Pot Lasagna
Ingredients: 1 lb. lean ground beef (90% or above); 1 tbsp olive oil; 1/2 onion (diced); 1 carrot (peeled and minced extra fine, I didn’t have one in the video so I skipped it, you can too if you need too.); 4 garlic cloves (minced); 14 oz. can fire roasted tomatoes (diced); 1 cup tomato sauce or marinara (I used marinara today); 1.5 cups chicken broth or stock; 1 beef bouillon cube (crushed); 2 cups farfelle pasta (or penne, rigatoni, or even broken lasagna noodles etc); 1 cup mozzarella; 2 oz. boursin (garlic and herb flavor, can also sub in ricotta or cottage cheese); Kosher salt (2-3 big pinches, or to taste); 2 tsp dried oregano; 1 tsp Italian seasoning; 1/2 tsp garlic powder; 1/2 tsp onion powder; 1/2 tsp sugar
