Ingredients: 16 oz. skirt steak (or sirloin, ribeye, etc); 1/2 salt; 1/2 tsp pepper; 1/2 tsp chili powder; 1/8 tsp cumin; 3 garlic cloves; 1/2 cup diced onions; 1 jalapeño (sliced); 6 white corn tortillas; 1/4 cup Oaxaca cheese (or any other cheese you like); 1 lime; 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)
