Name: Shrimp with Lemon Orzo
Ingredients: 1 lb shrimp (medium, salmon also goes great in this recipe); salt (big pinch); 1 tsp pepper; 1 tsp garlic powder; 1 tsp paprika; 1 tbsp oil; 1 tsp butter; 1 onion (small, diced); 3 garlic cloves (minced); 1 cup orzo pasta (dry); 1 tsp thyme; 2.5 cup chicken broth or stock (low sodium); 4-5 cup baby spinach; 1/2 lemon (fresh, juice); 1/2 cup parmesan (grated); pepper (to taste); chili flakes (garnish, optional for spice)
