Ingredients: 2 cups all purpose flour; 1 packet dry yeast (or 2 1/2 tsps); 1.5 tsp salt; 2 tsp sugar; 1/2 tsp garlic powder; 1.5 tsp Italian seasoning (or oregano/dried basil); 2 tbsp olive oil; 3/4 cup warm water (sometimes a tinge more); 2 cups whole peeled tomatoes (I LOVE the brand Cento); 1/4 cup tomato paste; 1 garlic cloves (peeled); 4-5 basil leaves (sliced); 2 tbsp Italian seasoning; 2 tbsp dried oregano; 1 tsp garlic powder; 1 tsp onion powder; 1.5 tsp sugar; kosher salt (two big pinches, or 1-2 tsps); pepper (big pinch); 1/8 cup olive oil; 1 lemon (squeezed); 1 tbsp honey ((use more if you like a sweeter vinaigrette)); kosher salt (big pinch); pepper (small pinch); 3 cups spring mix; 1/4 cup mozzarella; 4-5 basil leaves; 1/2 cup arugula with 2 tsp honey lemon vinaigrette; 1 tbsp grated parmesan
