Olive oil; 1/2 tsp chilli powder; 1/2 tsp Cayenne; 1/2 tsp garlic and onion powder; Pinch Pepper, salt, and cinnamon; 2 6 inch cobs of corn ((roast in oven or air fryer)); 3/4 cup Cooked quinoa or rice; 1/2 cup Black beans; 1 Avocado; 1 Lime; 1 tbsp. Sauce/dressing ((I used siracha mayo))
