Ingredients: 36 meatballs (I used Cooked Perfect’s All-Natural bite sized meatballs); 1 tbsp olive oil; 1 tsp onion powder; 1 tsp garlic salt; 1/4 tsp black pepper; 2 tbsp butter; 1/2 cup bbq sauce (I used Sweet Baby Ray’s); 2 tbsp grape jelly; 2 tsp brown sugar; 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, more for heat); 1 cup spinach (sautéed with butter and minced garlic); 1 cup potatoes (mashed with milk, butter, garlic salt, and pepper)
