Name: Marry Me Lobster Ravioli
Ingredients: 8 oz lobster ravioli (I used Rana brand); 1 tbsp butter; 1 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes; 1 tbsp oil (from sun-dried tomatoes); 4 garlic cloves (minced); 1.5 cup cream (heavy, half/half, etc); 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (freshly grated); 1/4 cup white wine (I used Pinot Grigio); 1 tsp italian seasoning; 1 tsp Kinder’s seasoning (I used “The Blend”, a salt, pepper, garlic powder combination); 1/2 tsp onion powder; 1/2 tsp old bay seasoning; 1 cup langostino lobster (thawed for 10 mins, I used the Pier 33 Gourmet brand found at Publix!); 2 cup baby spinach (I used a baby spinach + kale blend, option to use whatever green you like!)
