Sausage Egg White & Swiss Muffin + Fruit
Ingredients
- 1 english muffin (light, or whole-wheat)
- 2 oz. sausage patty (or turkey, plant-based, etc.)
- 2 egg whites (about 1/4 cup, can use just-egg for vegan)
- 1 slice swiss cheese (or cheddar)
Side/Fruit (you can use any fruit you like)
- ½ orange (save the other half for a snack)
- 3-4 strawberries
Instructions
- Cook sausage until cooked through, measure out eggs whites and cook (use a circle cookie cutter to keep egg whites together), while egg white is still hot add slice cheese and cover pan so it melts. Meanwhile, toast english muffin.
