Ingredients: 8 oz. cooked spaghetti noodles (about 4 oz. dry, give or take (1 cup cooked noodles)); 16 oz. lean ground beef (95% lean); 4 cups marinara (Rao's in the brand I use, low sugar and tastes the best); 2 bay leaves; 1/4 cup low fat mozzarella (optional, to top on your meat sauce); salt (to taste); pepper (to taste); 1-2 romaine; 1 whole carrot (ribboned); 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved); 1 mini cucumber (peeled and chopped); 1/4 cup pitted olives (optional); 2 tbsp. parmesan cheese (or feta, for salad); 1/4 cup olive oil; 1-2 garlic cloves; 1/2 cup basil; 1/2 cup italian parsley; 1 tbsp. honey; 3/4 tbsp red wine vinegar; salt (to taste); pepper (to taste); 1/2 tsp dried oregano
