Name: Steak, Potato Crips, and Honey Glazed Carrots
Ingredients: 3 tbsp Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce; 3 tbsp olive oil; 1 lemon (squeezed); 1 tbsp garlic powder; 1 tbsp dried basil + dried parsley; 1 tsp Minced garlic; 1 tsp Hot sauce + pinch of cayenne (optional- but really lifts flavor!); 3-4 yukon potatoes (Can use 5-6 new potatoes in each serving as well); 1/2 tbsp Olive oil; t tsp garlic powder; pepper; Pinch Cajun seasoning (optional- lifts flavor); 5-6 whole carrots (Peeled and sliced/chopped); 1 tbsp butter; 1 tbsp parsley + rosemary; 1 tbsp Honey; 1/4 tsp Salt; 3 oz Lean steak ((cut of your choice; ribeye, sirloin, strip, etc))
