Ingredients: 16 oz. salmon (4 oz. each); 1/4 cup packed brown sugar (you won't use all of this); 1 tbsp melted butter (add a little more if you're mixture is too thick to spread); 1 tbsp dijon mustard; 1/2 tbsp honey; 3 yukon gold potatoes; 1.5 tbsp butter (softened ); 1/2 cup milk (warmed ); salt (big pinch); pepper (big pinch); 1 bunch asparagus; 1 garlic cloves (minced, fine); 2 tsp olive oil; 1/2 tbsp butter; salt (small pinch)
