Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap
Ingredients
- 4 oz. chicken breasts (if you're meatless, this is also really great with roasted chickpeas)
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ⅛ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp italian seasoning (or dried herbs like rosemary, thyme, etc)
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil
- ¼ lemon (squeezed)
- 1 cup romaine (chopped)
- 1 tbsp light caesar dressing (I use the brand Lite House, which is dairy free)
- 2 tbsp parmesan (shaved or shredded)
- 2 tortillas (any brand, I use Misson)
Instructions
- Season chicken breast with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, italian seasoning, and rub in with olive oil and lemon squeeze. Heat a cast iron, grill pan, or air dryer to medium high heat, and cook chicken breast through (about 5 minutes on each side). When done, let rest for 5 minutes, then cut into strips.
- In a bowl add romaine, caesar dressing, parmesan, pinch of pepper, and touch of lemon juice and mix together. Warm your tortillas, add romaine mixture, then chicken on top. Enjoy!
Notes
Meal Prep Tip: If packing for lunch, don’t mix caesar in with lettuce yet, keep it separate and build it when you get ready to eat so that lettuce doesn’t get soggy.

Really good!! I was starving after the gym so i bought some grilled chicken from the refrigerator section of the grocery store. I came home warmed it up and used my tortillas and Shantel’s homemade Caesar dressing from last weeks meals. It really hit the spot! I’ll be making it again this week.
