Name: Cozy Garlic Steak and Potatoes
Ingredients: 10 oz. steak (I used ribeye, but you can use any lean cut you like); 2 yukon potatoes (chopped); 10 oz. green beans (small bag, pre-washed and snipped); 1 yellow onion (small); 2 garlic clove (chopped); 1 tbsp chives (optional); salt (to taste); pepper (to taste); 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce; 1 tbsp olive oil; ½ lemon (squeezed); 1 tsp garlic powder; 1 tsp onion powder; 1 tbsp. italian seasoning; ½ tsp hot sauce (optional- but really lifts flavor)
