Ingredients: 8 oz. chicken breast (sliced in half horizontally); 1/2 onion (small); 1/8 tsp salt; 1/8 tsp pepper; 1 tsp chilli powder; 1/2 tsp cumin; 1/4 tsp garlic powder; 1/4 tsp onion powder; 1/8 tsp italian seasoning; 1 tsp avocado oil (or olive oil); 1/3 cup mexican cheese; 1 tbsp cream cheese (light); 1/2 cup refried beans; 6 corn tortillas (6 inch, white or yellow); 1/2 avocado (for homemade guac recipe, see notes); 1 tbsp sour cream; 1/4 cup salsa; lettuce (shredded, optional); cilantro (optional)
