Asian Chili Chicken (or Tofu)

Name: Asian Chili Chicken (or Tofu)
Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts (will cut in half, horizontally); OR extra firm tofu (pressed can also use a vegan/plant based chicken if you prefer); salt and pepper; 2 tbsp. rice or all purpose flour (will coat chicken or tofu with extrememly light coat); 1 tbsp. oil (I used avocado for the neutral taste); 2 tsp. of sesame oil; 1-2 tsp freshly grated giner; 2-3 garlic cloves (pressed or finely minced); 1 tsp of chili flakes or red pepper flakes (use 1/4 tsp for less heat); 1/2 cup water (luke warm); 3 tbsp. sriracha (can either reduce tablespoon to 1-2, and other ketchup, or use ketchup instead); 1 tbsp. light soy sauce (reduced sodium); 1/4 cup honey (can also use brown sugar - you can adjust this based on sweetness level); 1/2 lime squeezed
