Ingredients: 16 oz. cod (cut into small strips); all-purpose flour (about 1/2 cup, for dredging); 1 ½ tsp chili powder; ½ tsp cumin (ground); ½ tsp kosher salt; ½ tsp black pepper (ground); 2 eggs (large); 1 ½ cup panko; 1 cup avocado oil; 1 cup rice (cooked, I used jasmine and mixed in a tbsp lime juice and chopped cilantro); 1 avocado (diced); 2 cup red cabbage (sliced thin); 1/2 cup pico de gallo ((about 1-2 tbsp in each bowl)); lime wedge; crema (drizzled, option to use light sour cream); cilantro (garnish)
