Ingredients: 9 oz sirloin (boneless, thin sliced ); 1 tbsp. dry sherry (or white wine/cooking white wine); 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar; 1 tbsp. soy sauce (low sodium); 3/4 tbsp. cornstarch; 3 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce; 1 tbsp. honey; 1 tbsp. brown sugar; 1/2 cup beef stock (low sodium); 1 tsp. sesame seed oil; 3 garlic cloves (minced or pressed); 1/2 tbsp. ginger; 1/2 tsp sriracha (or 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes); 5 cups chopped broccoli; 2 green onions (sliced); 3/4 cup brown rice (measure dry; can also use white rice)
