Ingredients: 1/2 tbsp oil; 1 lb ground beef (option to use ground turkey); 1 yellow onion (chopped small); 3-4 garlic cloves (minced); 3 cup beef broth (low sodium); 16 oz mixed vegetables (frozen); 14.5 oz petite diced tomatoes (or 1 can, drained); 8 oz tomato sauce; 1 tsp roasted beef bouillon (I used Better Than Bouillon Roasted Beef Base); 1 tbsp italian seasoning; 1 tsp onion powder; 1 tsp garlic powder; 1 tsp ground black pepper; salt (a big pinch)
