Ingredients: 2 cups rigatoni (uncooked); 16 oz chicken breasts (sliced in half for quicker cooking); 2 tbsp butter (for basting, 1 tsp is absorbed); 1 red pepper (sliced); 1 green pepper (sliced); 1 yellow pepper (sliced); 2 green onion (sliced thin); 2 jalapeños (sliced very thin); 3/4 cup cream (half/half, heavy or dairy-free); 1/2 cup grated parmesan; 1.5 tbsp cajun seasoning (divided); 2 tsp dried oregano (divided); 1 1/4 tsp tsp garlic powder; 1 1/4 tsp onion powder; 1/2 tsp smoked paprika; 1/4 tsp cayenne; kosher salt (big pinch); pepper (big pinch)
