California Burger Bowl
Ingredients
- 8 oz lean ground beef (95% lean)
- 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- ½ tbsp A1 sauce (optional)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Toppings (split between two bowls)
- 4 cups chopped lettuce
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 oz. cheddar cheese (shredded)
- ½ avocado
- ¼ cup dill pickles
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp. thousand island
Instructions
- Heat cast iron over medium high heat, spray bottom with oil spray. Once hot, add ground beef, worcestershire sauce, A1, garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper. Cook until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, wash, chop, shred produce. Add lettuce to bowls, then ground beef, cheese, tomato, pickles, avocado, and thousand island (or another dressing/condiment you like)
