Ingredients: 16 oz chicken breasts (sliced in half for quicker cooking); salt (big pinch); pepper (big pinch); 1/2 tsp onion powder; 1/2 tsp garlic powder; 2 tbsp oil; 16 oz ziti pasta; 4 tbsp butter; 1 leek (halved, sliced thin); 2 garlic cloves (minced); 4 cup broccoli (chopped fine); 1/4 cup all-purpose flour; 4 cups milk (I used 2%); 1 tbsp italian seasoning; 1.5 tbsp Kinder's seasoning (I used “The Blend”, a salt, pepper, garlic powder combination); 1 tsp onion powder; 1/4 tsp paprika; 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, more for heat); 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated); 1 cup mozzarella (shredded); 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated); parsley (chopped, garnish)
