Name: Chipotle Chicken and Bacon Flatbread
Ingredients: 10 oz. chicken breast (split in half for faster cooking); 2 slices bacon (I use Applegate); 1/3 cup red bell pepper (diced fine); 1/2 cup spinach (chopped); 1/3 cup Monterey Jack cheese (shredded); 3 mini naan slices; 2 tsp olive oil; 2 tsp avocado oil; 1/2 tsp smoked paprika; 1/2 tsp chili powder; 1/4 tsp garlic powder; 1/4 tsp cumin; 1/4 tsp ground coriander; 1/4 tsp dried oregano; 1/4 tsp salt; 1/8 tsp cayenne; 1/4 cup ranch (light); 1 tsp chipotle seasoning blend; 1/2 lime (squeezed)
