Ingredients: 1 lb. lean ground beef; Slice of white bread; 1/4 cup milk (warmed); 1 small onion (grated); 1/4 cup parsley (chopped); 1/8 cup basil (sliced); 1 egg; 1 tbsp olive oil; 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce; 1 tsp oregano; 1/3 cup parmesan (freshly grated); 1/4 tsp nutmeg; 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (or panko breadcrumbs pulsed in a blender); kosher salt (big pinch); pepper (big pinch); vegetable oil (just enough to coat the bottom of the pan); 1 tbsp olive oil; 5 garlic cloves (minced); 28 oz. can peeled plum tomatoes (chop, I use the brand, Centro); 1 tsp onion powder; 1 tsp oregano; 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes; 1/8 cup sliced basil; kosher salt (big pinch, to taste); pepper (big pinch); 6 oz spaghetti
