Ingredients: 1/4 cup rolled oats; 1/4 cup coconut milk (cartoned not canned); 2.5 ounces coconut flavored greek or vegan coconut yogurt ((about half of a single serve container)); 1/2 tsp cinnamon; salt; drizzle of maple or stevia ((I used maple)); 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract; 1/2 tbsp. shredded coconut (optional); 1/2 tbsp. sliced almonds (optional); 3-4 slices of banana (save rest for snack or pre-workout snack)
