Name: Cozy One Pan Chicken & Potatoes
Ingredients: 4 chicken thighs; 4 drumsticks (option to use all thighs or another part of chicken); 1.5 lbs gold potatoes (halved, adding carrots also works great with this!); parsley (fresh, garnish); ¼ cup olive oil; ¼ cup lemon juice; 1 tbsp garlic cloves (minced); 1 tsp Baharat seasoning (I used Baraka brand, see notes. Homemade recipe below!); 1 tsp salt; 1 tsp black pepper; 2 tbsp ground cumin; 1 tbsp ground black pepper; 1 tbsp ground coriander; 1 tbsp paprika; 1 tsp ground cardamom; 1/2 tbsp ground cloves; 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
