Name: Creamy Chicken (or Shrimp) Lemon Zucchini Pasta
Ingredients: 15 oz. chicken breasts (5 oz. each, shrimp is also great in this recipe); 1 tsp garlic powder; 1 tsp onion powder; 2 tsp Italian seasoning; kosher salt (big pinch); pepper (big pinch); 2 tsp olive oil (to rub seasonings in); 2 zucchinis (julienned with a mandolin); 4 oz. Linguini noodles; 3 tbsp butter (salted); 1 small lemon (squeezed, plus the zest if you want); 1/4 - 1/3 cup pasta water; 1 cup parmesan reggiano (freshly grated); 1/4 cup basil (sliced very thin)
