Name: Creamy Meatball Soup
Ingredients: 36 meatballs (I used Cooked Perfect’s All-Natural bite sized meatballs); olive oil (drizzle); 1 tsp onion powder; 1 tsp garlic salt; 1/4 tsp black pepper; 1 tbsp olive oil; 1 yellow onion (diced small); 5-6 garlic cloves (minced); 2 tbsp italian seasoning; 1 tsp onion powder; 1 tsp garlic powder; 2 tbsp tomato paste; 4 cup chicken broth (low sodium); 28 oz crushed tomatoes; 8 oz pasta (or 1.5 cup, any short noodle will do! I used cavatappi noodles); 2 cup baby spinach; 1/2 cup cream (heavy, half/half, etc); kosher salt (to taste); cracked black pepper (to taste); parmesan cheese (garnish, optional); parsley (garnish, optional)
