Ingredients: 1/2 cup protein pancake mix (I use Kodiak, you can also add a little protein powder to regular mix); 1/2 cup skim milk (or any type of milk you like, add a little more if your mix is too thick); 1/4 tsp cinnamon; 1/4 tsp vanilla extract; 1 tbsp syrup (reduced sugar or sugar-free); 1/2 cup strawberries; 1/2 tbsp butter (split between pan and topping)
