Name: Crockpot Nacho Soup
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef (lean, 90% or more ); 1 yellow onion (medium, chopped small); .5-1 green bell pepper (chopped small); 4 garlic cloves (minced); 12 oz black beans (drained); 12 oz corn (drained); 12 oz petite diced tomatoes (or 1 can, drained); 1/2 tbsp chili powder; 1/2 tbsp cumin; 1 tsp smoked paprika; 1 tsp salt; 1 tsp ground black pepper; 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, more for spice); 3.5 cup chicken broth (option to use beef broth); 2 cup mild cheddar cheese (shredded, save a little for topping); 1 cup cream (heavy, half/half); 3 tbsp all-purpose flour; cheese; jalapeño (sliced); cilantro
