Name: Crockpot Tuscan Chicken
Ingredients: 6 chicken thighs (boneless, skinless); 1 tbsp italian seasoning; 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional); black pepper (to taste); salt (a pinch); 1/2 sun dried tomatoes (I used the Alessi brand); 1 tbsp butter; 4 garlic cloves (minced); 1 cup heavy whipping cream; 1/3 cup chicken broth or stock (low sodium); 3/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated); 3 cup baby spinach
