Ingredients: 8 oz. steak of your choice; 2 tbsp olive oil; 1 lime (juiced); 2 tbsp cilantro (chopped); 2 garlic cloves (minced); 1 tsp cumin; 1 tsp chili powder; 1/2 tsp paprika; 1/2 tsp onion powder; 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes; 1/4 tsp cayenne; salt (big pinch); pepper (big pinch); 2 cups romaine lettuce (chopped); 1/2 red onion (sliced); 1/2 red bell pepper (sliced); 1/2 green bell pepper (sliced); 1/2 orange bell pepper (sliced); 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved); 2 tbsp. queso fresca (optional); 1 avocado; 1 cup cilantro; 1/4 cup plain yogurt (I used whole yogurt); 1 tsp honey; 1 lime (juiced); 1/4 cup filtered water; 1/2 tsp white wine vinegar; 1 garlic cloves (minced); salt (big pinch)
