Ingredients: 1 lb shrimp; 2 tbsp butter; 6 cloves garlic; 1 tsp lemon juice (fresh); 1/2 tsp paprika; 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon seasoning; 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (more for heat, optional); salt (big pinch); 1/2 tsp pepper; parsley (garnish); 1 cup rice (about 1/3 cup ea. serving)
