Ingredients: 1.5 lb chicken breasts or ground chicken (if you get ground, get some with a little fat, they hold better); 1/4 red onion (diced fine); 3 garlic cloves (minced); 1 tbsp lemon zest; 2 tbsp mint (chopped); 3 tbsp dill (chopped); 1 tbsp oregano (chopped); 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper; 1 tsp cumin; 1/2 tsp smoked paprika; salt (big pinch); pepper (big pinch); 4 mini cucumbers (sliced thin); 1/2 red onion (sliced thin); 4-5 radishes (sliced thin); 1/3 cup feta; ⅛ cup olive oil; 1 lemon (squeezed); 1 tbsp honey (use more if you like a sweeter vinaigrette); kosher salt (pinch); pepper (small pinch); 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt; 1 baby cucumber (peeled and deseeded); 2 garlic cloves (minced); 1/2 lemon (squeezed); 2 tbsp dill; salt (big pinch); pepper (big pinch); 1.5 cups couscous (flavored with a little olive oil, salt, pepper, and minced garlic); Naan bread (optional, calories don't include it.)
