Ingredients: 1/2 avocado (very ripe); 1/2 lime (squeezed, be sure to get as much juice as you can); 2 garlic cloves (minced or pressed); 1 tbsp red onion (finely diced); 1/8 tsp salt; 1/8 tsp pepper; 1 tbsp. chopped cilantro; very small pinch cayenne pepper (optional); tortilla chips (I used Siete's grain-free sea salt tortillas)
