Ingredients: 16 oz. chicken breasts (sliced in half vertically, and then cubed); 2 tsp. cornstarch (it's fine if you don't have it, it does help the sauce stick though); 1/2 lemon (squeezed); salt; pepper; 5 garlic cloves; 1/4 cup honey; 3 tbsp. chicken or veggie broth (low-sodium); 1 tsp. sriracha; 1.5 tbsp butter; 1 tbsp. olive oil; 1 cup brown rice (measure dry, about 1/2 in each serving); 4-5 cups broccoli
