Name: Lasagna Soup
Ingredients: 1 lb oz. lean ground beef (90% or more); 6 oz. mild italian sausage (can also do spicy1 onion (medium, diced small)); 1 tbsp olive oil; 2 whole carrots (peeled and diced); 1 small onion (diced); 5 garlic cloves (minced); 1/4 cup tomato paste; 6 oz. lasgana noodles (about 6-7 noodles, broken up); 28 oz. can crushed or pureed tomatoes (I love the brand cento); 2 tsp sugar; 4 cups chicken broth or stock; 1/4 cup cream (heavy, half-half, or plant cream); ¼ cup mozzarella cheese (grated); ¼ cup parmesan (grated, fresh); 1 tbsp dried oregano; 1 tsp dried basil; 1 tsp garlic powder; 1 tsp onion powder; kosher salt (big pinch); pepper (big pinch); 2 bay leaves
