Ingredients: 8 oz rigatoni; 1 lbs shrimp (large, peeled, and deveined); 1/2 tbsp avocado oil; 1/2 tbsp butter (unsalted); 1 tsp paprika; 1 tsp garlic powder; salt (a pinch); pepper (a pinch); 4 garlic cloves (minced); 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (drained, chopped); 1 tsp Italian seasoning; 1 tsp oregano; salt (a pinch); pepper (a pinch); 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (option to use less); 1 tbsp all-purpose flour; ¾ cup chicken broth (low sodium); 1/2 cup half and half (or another cream you prefer); 1 tbsp tomato paste; 1 tbsp lemon juice; 2 tbsp basil leaves (chopped); ½ cup parmesan cheese (fresh grated)
