Name: Orange Glazed Salmon Bowl
Ingredients: 12 oz salmon (about 4-5 oz per filet); salt (to taste); pepper (to taste); 1/2 cup orange juice (about 2-3 oranges juiced/squeezed); 3 garlic cloves (minced fine); 2 tbsp honey; 1.5 tbsp soy sauce; 2 tbsp butter (or olive oil); 3-4 orange slices; 1.5 cups rice (cooked, 1/3 cup in ea. portion ); 12 oz green beans (blanched or steamed)
