I think I'll do next time); 1 tsp ginger (minced); 1 tsp garlic (minced); 1 bell pepper (diced fine); 1/2 cup pineapple (diced); 1 green onion (sliced thin, soaked in ice water); 1/3 cup bbq sauce (honey hot, I used Kinder brand); salt (pinch); pepper (pinch); 1 tbsp avocado oil; 1 cup cooked rice (cooked with fresh thyme, 1 crushed garlic clove, salt, pepper)
