Name: Protein Pancakes
Ingredients: 1/2 cup protein pancake mix ((I use Kodiak, you can also use a traditional pancake mix and add 1 scoop of protein powder)); skim milk (or almond, to desired consistency); 1 tsp vanilla extract; 1/4 tsp cinnamon; 1/8 cup diced or crushed fruit or nuts (pecans, strawberries, berries); 1-2 tbsp. maple syrup; 2-3 oz. breakfast protein (turkey bacon, bacon, sausage, tempeh, etc)
